QUALITY POLICY

(Enclosed the decision No. 388/QD-CTDS-QLCL dated May 13th, 2011)

 

Leadership and entire people in our company engage together to share the responsibility, intelligence, interest, regarding the product quality as leading measurement toward clients. The Quality Management System accords to ISO 9001:2008 standard with flexibility, effect and continuous innovation. Customer’s requirements must be satisfied through improving prestige and competitive on product quality. We ensure that we have enough resources for stable and long-term development of the Company.

The detail policies:

1. From now to year of 2014, RCC try to become a prestige firm on traffic works construction field such as Railway, road, bridge, culvert, tunnel, station and wharf works;

2. We appreciate training human resource and equipment investment, studying and developing modern technologies in infrastructure building field to extend market to abroad;

3. Improving incessantly product quality, economizing, resisting waste for reducing price, raising competitive toward customer’s satisfy and the company’s profit;

4. All of subsidiary company and enterprises apply the quality management system accorded to ISO 9001:2008 standard.
